Sikasil® GP-101 is a one-component, non-sag, RTV acetoxy silicone sealant designed for general sealing and bonding applications. It offers excellent adhesion, accommodates joint movement up to ±25%, and provides superior UV and heat resistance. Suitable for food equipment as it meets NSF/ANSI 51 standards (color dependent), its applications also include assembly in HVAC, transportation, and window sealing. Key properties include moisture-curing, a range of colors (almond to white), application temperatures between 5°C and 40°C, and a quick skin time of 15 minutes. It's highly effective in environments ranging from -40°C to 180°C. Sikasil® GP-101 is recommended for professional use, with preliminary substrate and compatibility testing advised.
