Excellent hiding, weather-resistance, and durability, and may be applied in temperatures as low as 35 Deg. F. Mold and mildew-resistant coating that resists peeling, cracking, and blistering. Recommended for new or previously painted exterior surfaces; siding, shingles, shakes, wood, masonry, and primed metal. Soap and water clean up. Covers 400 Sq. Ft. per gallon, porosity and texture dependent. Dries to touch in 30 minutes and to recoat in 4 hours.
