The DeWALT door lock installation kit helps you install door locks on wood and metal doors. It works for 2-3/8 inch and 2-3/4 inch backsets, and 1-3/8 inch and 1-3/4 inch thick doors. It features two bi-metal hole saws and a height alignment window for accuracy.
- Door lock kit utilizes C-clamp design with tool-free clamping and no surface damage
- Door lock kit utilizes alignment window and taller bushings to deliver accurate height placement and straight drilling
- Door lock kit includes two adjustable bushings which accept both standard backsets and both common door thicknesses
- Designed to fit the most common lock sizes in use today
- Works well with metal or wood doors
- Includes hole saw consisting of durable M3 steel
- Also includes backing plates reinforced to counteract warping
- Backing plates also aid in easy disassembly from the mandrel
