A premium quality commercial grade sealant to seal windows, doors, and siding. It is developed especially for forming permanent, water and weather-resistant seals in most exterior gaps and joints. Fills joint depths up to 1/2" without the use of backer rod. May be used for underwater application or permanent water immersion. This sealant exhibits outstanding durability, low odor, and tear resistance with movement capability of +25% which accommodates construction material movement to protect the original seal. UV and ozone-resistant and does not soften in the sun. Resistance temperature up to 200 deg. F. Bonds to wood, vinyl, aluminum, concrete, brick, fiberglass, metal, stucco, and many other surfaces. Covers approximately 31 linear ft per 10 oz cartridge at 1/4 In. bead. Clean up uncured adhesive with mineral spirits, cured adhesive clean up: Cut or scrape. Shelf life: 12 months from manufacture date.
