Designed for quick installation of purlins between rafters, joists or trusses in post and beam structures. One-piece construction assures a consistent flush fit between purlin and joist or rafter. A reinforced double lap seat boosts the load capacity of this heavy-duty purlin hanger. Requires (4) 10d x 1-1/2 nails for header and (4) 10d nails for each purlin. Features a 1-9/16 top fold; pending IAPMO-ES evaluation.The JDS purlin hangers provide a convenient, flexible solution when attaching purlins together.
